The Apartment

This holiday apartment in rural Italy occupies 2 floors, you enter into the kitchen which is fitted with stainless oven and gas hob. There are 6 steps upto the bedroom come lounge where there is a shuttered window to the front. The lounge has a king sized bed that can be seperated into 2 single beds if required. There is a bedside table with 2 drawers and a cream sofa. Your holiday clothes can be hung in the dressing room off the lounge/bedroom.

Off the lounge/bedroom is a further sitting room that also acts as a dressing room with an ensuite shower, toilet and sink all newly built and tiled throughout.

In the sitting room/dressing room there is an open plan wardrobe rack for hanging clothes which has a shelf above the hangers. There is also a balcony which has a typical Italian washing line for drying towels etc.

This holiday apartment is ideal for a couple or couple with one child.

There is a poufe that pulls out to form a single bed which is suitable for a 3rd holiday guest.

Bed Linen & Towels

Ideally, please bring your own bed linen and towels. If you prefer to use the linen at the house then there is an additional charge as a maid will provide the linen for you.
